Service Technician

Position Title:
HVAC Service TechnicianReports to:
The Service ManagerJob DescriptionAs an HVAC Service Technician for Laureyns United you will perform basic maintenance on HVACequipment, trouble shoot equipment and start up newly installed equipment.
We service and maintainall types of HVAC equipment including but limited to; steam boilers, geothermal unites, refrigeration,hydronics heating systems, hot water heaters for both residential and commercial.
You will have towork closely with our customers, vendors, and office personal therefor clear communication isnecessary.
Job Duties:
Perform maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC equipment which includes but is not limited to furnaces, boilers, RTU's mini-split systems, A/C, water heaters Trouble shoot issues on HVAC equipment Properly record billable time and parts/material used in the system in order to collect payment at time of service Complete start-up procedures for newly installed equipment Answer emergency after hours calls when scheduled to be on call Maintain inventory of company vehicle by working directly with warehouse for ordering needed supplies Job Requirements:
HVAC or Mechanical experience HVAC Certifications:
OSHA-10, EPA Universal, Hot Work Clean driving record Clean background check Physical Requirements:
Must be able to get in and out of a vehicle multiple times throughout a shift The ability to drive for an extended amount of time Must be able to climb ladders over 8 feet The ability to work in confined spaces The ability to work outside in inclement weather Must be able to lift 80 pounds PM22PIe5580d2b6acb-26289-30383796 Recommended Skills Confined Spaces Maintenance Medical Emergency Stock Control Occupational Safety And Health Furnaces Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
